Cusco Travel Guide

Cusco is probably the most famous place in Peru, the place everyone has heard of because of the famous Inca Ruin nearby Machu Picchu.

It is projected that 3.5 million people will visit Cusco in 2019.

Most people will fly from Lima to Cusco as it’s only 1 hour 30 mins by plane. If you were to take the bus its around 22 hours and not a journey I would recommend after accidentally having to do this journey.

Cusco has lots to do in the area with new hikes and ruins being “discovered” every year. You could go for months and still not see everything.

It’s the place I first fell in love with Peru and a place I love to visit and spend time.

Below you will find my guides to Cusco and all the amazing things there is to do there.
